California Crash Lawyer is a service of All Star Injury Attorneys, a personal injury firm with offices in Newport Beach and Orange. The firm represents injured people and families in California, and it does that work exclusively on the plaintiff's side: people who have been hurt, not the insurance companies defending the claims.

This site exists to answer the questions injured people actually ask before they are ready to call anyone. The practice-area pages and guides here are longer and more specific than most law firm websites because the alternative, a page of adjectives, does not help somebody decide what to do on the second day after a collision.

Simon Aziz Budhwani, Esq.

Simon Aziz Budhwani is the founder of All Star Injury Attorneys and the attorney responsible for the content of this website. He is licensed to practice law in California and his practice is devoted to personal injury and wrongful death matters.

His background includes work on both sides of injury litigation. Having handled defense work before building a plaintiff's practice is genuinely useful experience rather than a line on a website: it means knowing how claims are evaluated internally, which arguments carry weight with an adjuster, where a defense file is strong, and when an offer reflects a real assessment of exposure as opposed to an opening position.

Clients work with an assigned team rather than being handed between departments, and the firm's practice is to meet injured people where they are, including in hospitals and at home, rather than requiring someone in a brace to travel to an office.

How we work

• We take injury cases on contingency. The fee is a percentage of a recovery, and there is no attorney fee if there is no recovery.
• We advance case costs, including records, experts and filing fees, while the case is open.
• We will tell you when we do not think a claim is worth pursuing. A free review that always ends in a signed agreement is not a review.
• We do not promise outcomes. California's rules of professional conduct prohibit it, and anyone who does it anyway is telling you something about how they practice.
• Every decision about accepting or rejecting an offer is yours. Our job is to make sure you are deciding with accurate information about what the case is and what the alternatives are.
• We explain the net, not just the gross. A settlement number means little until liens and costs are accounted for, so that is the number we talk about.

Why there are no testimonials or case results here

You will notice this site has no client quotes, no settlement figures, no badges and no statistics. That is deliberate.

Prior results do not predict the outcome of any other case, and California regulates how attorneys may describe results and recognitions precisely because those claims are so easily made and so hard for a reader to verify. Rather than publish numbers that would tell you nothing reliable about your own claim, this site explains what the law actually allows, what the deadlines are, and what the firm's terms of engagement are. Those are things you can verify and act on.
