Orange County areas we serve
The firm takes cases throughout California, with offices in Newport Beach and Orange. These pages cover the cities where most of our cases come from: the specific roads and intersections involved, which agency writes the report, where serious trauma is treated, and where a case would be filed.

If you are not in Orange County
That is not an obstacle. The firm is licensed throughout California, venue is based on where the crash happened and where the parties are rather than where a lawyer sits, and much of the early work on any case happens by phone and email. If you cannot travel, we will come to you.
Where Orange County cases are filed
Orange County Superior Court handles civil injury litigation at the Central Justice Center, 700 Civic Center Drive West in Santa Ana, with cases designated complex assigned to the Civil Complex Center nearby. The county’s other courthouses — the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach, the North Justice Center in Fullerton, the West Justice Center in Westminster and the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange — handle other case types, so a local courthouse is not necessarily where an injury lawsuit goes.
Most claims never reach that stage. Filing happens when an insurer’s offer does not reflect the case, or when the two-year deadline is approaching.
Tell us what happened. We will tell you where you stand.
The review is free, there is no obligation, and if you do not have a claim worth pursuing we will say so. If you do, we will explain the deadlines that apply to you and what happens next.
