Privacy policy
What this website collects, what happens to it, and what we do not do with it.
What this site collects
This website collects two kinds of information: what you type into the case review form, and anonymous aggregate traffic data.
Information you submit
If you fill out the case review form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the type of accident, the date of the accident, your description of what happened, and the fact that you checked the consent box. We also record the date and time of the submission and the page you submitted from.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people read and how the site performs. It is privacy-oriented by design: it does not use cookies for tracking, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build cross-site profiles. We see aggregate counts, not individuals.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social media tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not use cookies to follow you to other websites.
- We do not send marketing text messages from information submitted through this form. The form's consent covers contact about your potential claim by phone and email.
How your information is used and stored
Case review submissions are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and for no other purpose. They are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible only to the firm and its authorized staff, and a notification is emailed to the firm's intake address so your inquiry is seen promptly.
Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before a written fee agreement is signed is not protected by the attorney-client privilege in the way communications with your own lawyer are. For that reason, please keep the form description general and do not attach or paste sensitive documents. Anything genuinely confidential should wait until we have spoken.
Submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records of inquiries, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will.
Your rights under California law
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, use the contact information on our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request about specific information.
Security, third parties, children and changes
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We restrict access to submissions to people at the firm who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Our hosting and infrastructure provider is Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores submissions on our behalf. Email notifications are delivered through our email provider. These providers process data under their own terms and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated review date. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the bottom of this page.
